Oshitok（以下「本アプリ」）は、ボタンを押すだけで1日の使い方を記録する iOS アプリです。開発者は本アプリの利用者から個人情報を収集しません。

1. 開発者が収集する情報

ありません。本アプリは利用者を識別する情報を一切収集せず、開発者が運営するサーバーも存在しません。アクセス解析ツールや広告配信のためのソフトウェアも組み込んでいません。

2. 記録の保存場所

計測した項目名・開始時刻・終了時刻・メモは、すべて利用者の端末内に保存されます。端末外へ自動的に送信されることはありません。

3. ネットワーク通信

本アプリは、利用者が freee 工数管理との連携を設定した場合に限り、次の宛先と通信します。

連携を設定していない場合、本アプリはいかなるネットワーク通信も行いません。freee へ送信されたデータの取り扱いは、freee株式会社のプライバシーポリシーに従います。

4. 認証情報の取り扱い

freee のアクセストークンは、端末の Keychain に保存されます。事業所IDは通常のアプリ設定として端末内に保存されます。いずれも開発者へ送信されることはありません。

5. 第三者への提供

開発者は利用者のデータを保持していないため、第三者へ提供することはありません。

6. データの削除

本アプリを端末から削除すると、記録および設定はすべて削除されます。freee へ既に送信した工数は freee 側に残るため、必要に応じて freee 上で削除してください。

7. 子どもの利用について

本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを対象としておらず、子どもから意図的に情報を収集することはありません。

8. 本ポリシーの変更

内容を変更した場合は、このページを更新し、最終更新日を改めます。

Oshitok Privacy Policy

Oshitok ("the app") is an iOS app that records how you spend your day with a single button press. The developer does not collect any personal information from users of the app.

1. Information the developer collects

None. The app collects no identifying information, and the developer operates no server. No analytics or advertising software is embedded in the app.

2. Where your records are stored

Activity names, start times, end times, and notes are stored entirely on your device. Nothing is transmitted off the device automatically.

3. Network communication

The app communicates with a network destination only if you configure the optional freee work-hours integration:

Destination: https://api.freee.co.jp (freee K.K.)
What is sent: project ID, date, duration in minutes, and a work-description note
When: only when you explicitly submit from within the app

If you do not configure the integration, the app makes no network connections at all. Data sent to freee is handled under freee K.K.'s own privacy policy.

4. Credentials

Your freee access token is stored in the device Keychain. Your company ID is stored in standard app settings on the device. Neither is ever transmitted to the developer.

5. Sharing with third parties

The developer holds no user data and therefore shares none with third parties.

6. Deleting your data

Deleting the app from your device removes all records and settings. Work hours already submitted to freee remain in freee; delete them there if needed.

7. Children's privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13, and does not knowingly collect information from them.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, this page will be updated and the last-updated date revised.
